With over 22 years of experience in social work, Rashmirekha Mallick is a passionate leader dedicated to empowering marginalized tribal and rural communities. Since founding Outreach India in 2018, she has spearheaded community-led initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, sanitation, and sustainable livelihood programs.
